When was 91% actually offered?
Bulenox increased Qualification Option 1 from 89% to 91% off on October 7, 2026, with the same October 13, 2026 expiry date. This is a dated promotion event, not a promise that 91% is always available.
That campaign paused on October 13. Qualification resumed on October 14 with Option 1 back to 89% off and Option 2 still 75% off through October 15, 2026. A page still advertising "91% available now" no longer describes the current offer.
The October 7 update and October 14 resumption update preserve those earlier windows. The October 16 Qualification update records availability through October 19.
The promotion was subsequently extended on October 19 through October 23. The 89% / 75% Qualification rates did not change.
